CAREGIVER MINISTRY
Regardless of where we are in our journey, we are still family, we are still a community. Community for us is all about making those who feel disconnected, connected. Everything we do, we do it because we love people where they are and what they are going through. Through the good and the bad, we are there for others when they need us. Caregiver Ministries does that through our Caregiver Cafe, Tender Care Ministry, and Flower Ministry.
CAREGIVER CAFE
Caregiver Cafe’ is a place where caregivers may come for encouragement and respite. It is a place to receive information to meet needs, share what they are going through, and listen to others going through similar and different situations. Caregiver Cafe’ meets in the Family Life Center’s Snack Room on the 2nd and 4th Thursdays from 9-11am. You are welcome to join us for all or part of the time. Snacks and coffee are provided.
TENDER CARE MINISTRY
Our Tender Care Ministry is directed towards helping those going through hospice or a severe, ongoing illness. Services include meals, sitting while the caregiver runs errands, or helping a caregiver with other needs around the house. We aim to be the best resource we can be for those who need time and resources to continue being the best caregiver they can be for their loved ones. If you are interested in joining the Tender Care team, let us know!
FLOWER MINISTRY
When available, our Flower Ministry takes flowers to people who are homebound, widows, widowers, those who are ill, or even to those who simply need a reminder that they are loved and remembered. These flowers are an outward expression to others that they are thought of and prayed for daily. If you are interested in joining the Flower Ministry team, let us know!
