Not all workout classes are created the same. We want you to find the one that is right for you.

FAITH FLOW

Are you looking for a low impact class that incorporates strength, flexibility, and relaxation? Faith Flow is the class for you. Each class will focus on specific body postures that flow with your breathing, and conclude with a time of relaxation while focusing our minds on God’s Word. Making this class the perfect class for a healthy mind, body, and soul. No experience is necessary. Everyone is welcome. Just bring your mat and a positive attitude. Class meets every Thursday at 11:00am.

STAY ACTIVE AND INDEPENDENT FOR LIFE (SAIL)

Stay Active and Independent for Life (SAIL) is a strength, balance and fitness program for adults 65 and older. Performing exercises that improve strength, balance and fitness are the single most important activity that adults can do to stay active and reduce their chance of falling. The entire curriculum of activities in the SAIL program can help improve strength and balance, if done regularly.

FIT FOR HIM

A Low impact group fitness incorporating cardio, strength, and flexibility training. Each class will end with a prayer focusing back on the Him(Jesus) in Fit for Him. This class is open to anyone from first timer to seasoned workout pro. Class meets every Tuesday and Thursday from 4:30-5:30.

DEVOTED FITNESS

Devoted Fitness is a group fitness for your soul. Christ-centered group exercise. Music from artist such as TobyMac, Mandisa, Needtobreathe and many more! Class meets on Tuesdays at 6:00PM.

ZUMBA

Zumba is a form of fitness class in which you burn off calories by dancing to different kinds of lively tunes. Join us for this jammin’ good time on Thursdays from 5:30-6:30.

TAI-CHI

Tai- Chi is the perfect class to reduce stress, improve balance, strength, coordination, and range of motion. Check out the class for yourself and demystify Tai Chi. This class is easy for all people(13 and up) to learn regardless of ability. Find you path to being strong, being confident, and healthy. Class are on Saturday Mornings at 9:00 AM.
