  • Designed for you

    This 8-week group exercise class will provide you with a community of moms all learning how to grow together! In your first class, Jen will perform a quick assessment to give you a baseline starting point for exercise. We will start each class with a basic warm-up and accommodate all exercises to your fitness level in order to best direct you to where you want to be. Please be sure that your delivering physician has released you for exercise at your 6 weeks follow-up appointment. Most importantly, we will be an encouragement and support for you and your baby, whether this is your first baby or one of many.

    Jen Pesterfield, PT, DPT

    Jen has been a physical therapist for nearly 10 years and is local to Blount County. With 3 children of her own, the youngest yet to crawl, she knows what it is like to build back the strength and stamina to keep up with your growing family. She received her Doctor of Physical Therapy from ETSU in 2012 and has specific training in orthopedic manual therapy, vestibular rehab, women’s health, and functional dry needling. Jen has up-to-date training in treating patients with pelvic health concerns, pregnancy and postpartum-related pain, diastasis recti training, and a wide variety of orthopedic conditions. When she isn’t working, you may find her playing outside with her 3 children, eating yummy food with friends, or coaching a little league team! Jen and her husband Brent love this community and she is excited to meet you and your baby!

  • Do it!

    Classes will begin on March 20, 2022, and will run once per week for 8 weeks. The class will be on Sunday afternoons at 3:30. Classes will be under 60 minutes. Space is limited so sign up today to confirm your spot.
