Work Out Classes Explained
Research tells us that when people work out in a group they are more likely to reach their goals. We want to offer a wide variety of workout classes to help you accomplish your goals.
Fit for Him
This work out class is Low impact group fitness incorporating cardio, strength, and flexibility training. Each class will conclude with prayer time. The Him in Fit for Him is Jesus as scripture tells us do all things for the glory of God.
Faith Flow
Are you looking for a low impact class that incorporates strength, flexibility, and relaxation? Faith Flow is the class for you. Each class will focus on specific body postures that flow with your breathing, and conclude with a time of relaxation while focusing our minds on God’s Word. Making this class the perfect class for a healthy mind, body, and soul. No experience is necessary. Everyone is welcome. Just bring your mat and a positive attitude. Class meets every Thursday at 11am.
